About

scrubbingup is a gear guide for the people who keep hospitals running. Nurses first, then doctors, OR teams, allied health, students, healthcare assistants and the rest of the hospital staff, one floor at a time.

We cover the stuff that makes long shifts easier: shoes, compression socks, scrubs, the pocket kit, shift bags, night shift sleep, recovery gear and gifts. Each department gets the same set of rooms, so you always know where to look.

How the site makes money

Product links go to Amazon. When you buy through them, Amazon pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. That is the only way the site earns: no sponsored posts, no paid placements, no accounts.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with any hospital, health system, union or professional body, and nothing here is medical advice. When a product has a safety catch (firm compression, massage devices, heat), the card says so; check with your own doctor if you have a health condition.
